The importance of  setting a goal is to become a better person.  Also to do better in life, such as reaching for what you want. For example to want to have better grades, so you do a goal," Do better in school". But in order to reach you goal you need to do you'r homework and classwork. Once you start doing all you'r work school. little by little you are going to see progress. And if you keep on doing you'r work eventually you will reach you'r goal. Having goals are important, because it make you a better person. Also you get what want.

Always smile and keep your head up high. Don't let any one put you down , just ignore them . society mat be full of bad thing's we don't to think about it. Never regret something you did wrong, make it became a lesson in you'r life. Learn from you'r mistakes. life is about risking and learn from you'r mistakes. you only live once, you never come back to the past so make good decision for you'r self because you don't know what will happen next in you'r life. Have fun laugh joke around do things you had never done before in life . In life you are able to do water you wan't . Do what ever makes you happy like dancing in the rain. Become genuinely interested in other people. which means to talk to other people. Be sociable  with others communicate. Also you can try to learned other cutlers. accept others the way they are. Don't judge them  just because they are different, instated support them." Become a genuinely interested in other people ".  Also smile. In other words smile to every one. If you cam smile you can make someone else smile as well.And it will look like you have good intentions ,you will not hurt them. A simple smile can make someones day or change someones mood from sad to happy. Always smile.  You may also remember names. It may help you communicate with others. If you need help and you know a person and you remember their name they might be able to help you. Also remember them not by only their name but also by their characteristics.  It may be hard to remember several names but its will certainly will help you a lot. in order to be able to to that you need to "remember names". You may also "Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about them self's". in other word try to communicate with others to interact.But also don't   be selfish not everything you want to talk about is about you. But also about you'r friend. You may ask about how his/her day is going so far. Also listen about what they are saying don't ignore them you could even give them advice if you are able to listen to them closely. "Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about them self's." You may also "Talk in the terms of the other man's interest". Ask what is your partner interest. put you'r self in their  shoes. You may also do what they like to do . You end up liking what they do. Listen for what they like and talk in terms that you seem interesting . For example you may talking to you'r partner and she say's that she likes hiking. You not like hiking but if you try it you may like hiking after all. " Talk in the terms of the other man's interest" . Not everything orbit's around you. You need to make others feel important- and do it sincerely.  What this mean is that not every thing be only about you it's also about you'r partner. You have to make them important, you should care about them not act like you care. Actions speak more them words.In conclusion this six rule will help you for people to like you.  And also just be you .

Life is hard . Life is not always going to be about happiness, love, joy, successes ... Life may be sadness failure, broken hearts, drama, problems. Our life had ups and down, just like a roller coaster. One day we may be happy with the one person who we think we love, but the next day we will be in tears. Wanting to delete some memories. Sometime we may be jumping of joy because we got assigned a better position in you'r job. But who would had realize that the new position you have now will not give time with you'r family. In which you are only focus now is you'r job. You may had succeed in wining something , but you know that it will not buy you'r happiness. Life may be hard but it doesn't mean you need to give up.
